Question: My clock-in pin number is not working, what should I do?
Answer: If you were never assigned a pin or your pin isn't working for some reason, reach out to your corporate office to have a trouble ticket logged. Be sure to follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for a missed punch.
Question: I'm unable to clock-in at all, what should I do?
Answer: Make sure you've already talked to your corporate office to make sure your name has been enrolled into the system.
