Time Clock FAQS
Question: I'm clocking-in on the physical device, but it is not reading my finger print. What should I do?
Answer: For most companies we manage each employee should have a pin number that you can use to clock-in to the device. Make sure there are no debris and clean finger.
Question: My clock-in pin number is not working, what should I do?
Answer: If you were never assigned a pin or your pin isn't working for some reason, reach out to your corporate office to have a trouble ticket logged. Be sure to follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for a missed punch.
Question: I'm unable to clock-in at all, what should I do?
Answer: Make sure you've already talked to your corporate office to make sure your name has been enrolled into the system. Your finger print will need to be enrolled as well if you are using a physical onsite timeclock. If they have already been enrolled then be sure to follow procedures on any missed punches.
